Mom's 80th

Today was my mom's 80th birthday. Although I couldn't physically be at her party, I was there virtually and in spirit. I took part in it through Skype, an over-the-internet way to talk. I even got to join in the singing of "Happy Birthday" :-)

Team Student MT (Membership Training)

Well, last night was MT for our university student teams. I combined my team with that of my colleague, Jessica Matchett; we had nearly three dozen students. Our MT was held at the traditional Korean house my wife and I own, about eleven km from the university. We all had a great time, with many students staying up all night, or nearly so (personally, I was in bed by 2:30 a.m.).
