It's been awhile since I last wrote. Things have been a little busy, as of late. I finally got my final grades turned in, so that's one less thing on my mind.

My father (79) had his pacemaker replaced with the defibrilator type. He's doing much better than he was. He seems to have more energy when I talk with him over Skype. He says his legs don't hurt anymore.

My mother (80 in September) is still not feeling well. She had liver problems that we think are due to the cholesterol meds she was taking; the doctor had her stop that and most of her other meds over a month ago. Hopefully, the doctors will find out why it persists.
